Description

• Collaborate with the COO, the recruiting team and the sales team to help forecast demand for Companion Drivers in existing and new geographies or as the need arises • Set benchmarks and targets for Companion Driver sourcing based on forecasts identified with sales • Determine strategy for sourcing Companion Drivers for the next month, quarter and year including levers and platforms to market on • Lead brainstorming and explore new ways of incentivizing Companion Drivers to apply including new incentive programs, positioning statements and platforms • A/B test different strategies to increase likelihood of conversion of candidates • Refine and optimize existing marketing and hiring funnels to reduce friction • Build a better understanding of the “ideal Companion Driver persona” and improve targeting and messaging • Utilize and build partnerships with outside vendors to streamline the application process and ensure that Companion Drivers have a best-in-class experience • Build tracking and reporting mechanisms and use this on a regular cadence to inform and improve on the process

Requirements

• 2-3 years of working experience, ideally in building the supply side of two-sided marketplaces or sourcing external personnel (caretakers, drivers, CNA, etc.) • Proven track record (at least 2-3 years) in digital marketing efforts • Proven track-record of optimizing marketing funnels over time through A/B testing • Creativity in building new experiments to test and trial without fear of failure • Self-starter with the ability to be driven without too much external support • Strong analytical skills and mastery of Google Analytic tools • Strong knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub • Strong strategic and operational skills, with the ability to brainstorm quickly and be solution oriented • Strong ability to work cross-functionally especially with the sales, operations and recruiting teams • Deep comfort with uncertainty and building things from scratch • Flexible in nature to accommodate new growth and change • Ability to learn quickly and use multiple different tools • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member • Fully competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HubSpot (must have!) • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field • Previous experience in a fast-growing startup
