Description

• You will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of both agency and self-service clients. • Drive customer adoption and usage of the deal curation platform • Monitor and optimize deal performance • Provide proactive support to both self-service and managed-service programmatic buyers

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in advertising or AdTech industry • Nice to have/preferred: Agency or trading desk experience, experience working within a major DSP such as DV360 or The Trade Desk • Client facing experience in an account management role or sales role • Time management and organizational skills • Ability to work cross functionally with other teams within the organization • Great communication skills, both verbal and written

• Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and providing exceptional customer support, proactive upselling and promoting new features/products. • Work cross functionally with the sales team and receive clients' requests for proposal and translate into customized deals tailored to the client goals, KPIs and objectives. • Continuously monitor the performance of private marketplace deals (PMPs), regularly reviewing key metrics to ensure they are on track to meet or exceed clients goals. • Identify areas for improvement in client PMPs, and work closely with clients to implement strategies that maximize their success. • Assist customers in creating and troubleshooting any technical issues as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
