Description
• Equi is looking for a VP of Fund Operations to support our Private funds and Registered Product (RP) strategy. • You'll be responsible for running the day-to-day back and middle office operations for the firm.
Requirements
• Experience (8+ years) in middle and back-office fund operations, ideally in hedge funds and/or fund-of-funds. • Prior direct experience at a hedge fund or fund-of-funds is required. • Experience in fund accounting (NAV & allocation reporting), audit, and tax processes. • Prior audit experience and CPA is a strong plus. • Understanding of the investment regulatory environment and industry best practices. • Ability to learn new software quickly. Understanding of the FinTech space, including vendor stacks and software, is preferred.
