Description
• Supporting a wide range of efforts driving core business KPIs, including transformation work, integration work and special projects • Introducing clarity and structure to ambiguous problems, designing solutions and driving operational efforts across the business • Working with other senior staff on setting business strategy and implementing new products and operations • Collaborating deeply with SMEs and functional leaders across the organization to drive an effective operating rhythm to serve and support our customers • Establishing team workflows and processes to produce consistent and measurable outcomes; develop team members to be more effective operators • Ensuring that all operations are in regulatory compliance • Founding, growing and leading David Energy’s strategic operations org
Requirements
• 5+ years of demonstrated success establishing and scaling high-quality operations in a challenging environment • Advanced data analysis in SQL • Experience leading, collaborating and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Benefits
