Description
• Coach one or more domain teams of software engineers • Partner with distributed Product Managers and Designers on the creation of new functionality • Own the delivery outcomes on product commitments • Guide continuous evolution of software development and delivery processes • Contribute on platform direction, support roadmap and delivery planning iterations • Develop opportunities to experiment and innovate • Mentor career growth and development of our engineers • Support our growth and hiring plans
Requirements
• Demonstrable experience leading Engineering teams • A track record in building and deploying production scale platforms • Proven success in growing and developing others • Self-directed and motivated • Strong delivery capability • Understanding of system and enterprise architecture concepts
