Description

• Manage ~50 key accounts, developing and executing strategies on account plans • Build pipeline and identify new use cases across your book of business • Execute on your portfolio pipeline to deliver maximum revenue potential • Supervise and complete complex sales-cycles • Work cross-functionally • Support the onboarding of other teammates and the development of company culture

Requirements

• 3-5 years of account management or sales experience required • Proven B2B sales skills and previous experience of selling at scale to SME customers (experience within SaaS is required) • Strong communicator, having built relationships with executives up to the C-Level • A track record of high achievement in current and/or previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas • Proven success in early-stage companies, bringing order to chaos with a hands-on, team-player mentality, and effectively managing evolving sales pipelines and processes. • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment • Background in MEDDPICC and Command of The Message preferred.
