Description
• Act as the trusted advisor to the CFO and company leadership on accounting matters. • Manage the accounting team, including performance coaching and growth management. • Maintain the general ledger to ensure all material ledger accounts are reconciled monthly within 5 days after month-end. • Drive automation and efficiency initiatives within the function. • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. • Collaborate with FP&A to prepare monthly and quarterly reporting. • Lead the annual audit process.
Requirements
• CPA license in one or more states. • 12+ years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility, accountability and team leadership. • 3-6 years of public accounting experience • Proficiency in Netsuite, FloQast, and ADP
