Description

• Ensure enterprise customers successfully implement the Fides platform by providing high-quality privacy engineering consulting, training, troubleshooting, and support • Serve as the technical partner to our Deployment Strategists and meet regularly with customers to execute on project plans • Collaborate with customers to design joint solution architecture to integrate the Fides platform into their applications and data pipelines • Provide customer support and help troubleshoot complex issues quickly and thoroughly • Conduct customer training sessions as a subject matter expert on privacy use cases such as data mapping, data subject rights automation, consent management, and more • Collect insightful product feedback and collaborate with our product engineering teams to fix issues and design new features • Ensure high-quality standards for documentation, code, training materials, etc.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant, post-college work experience • Experience in a customer-facing role, such as consulting, program or product management • Familiar with a variety of modern web technologies such as APIs, databases, server applications, frontend applications, containers, and cloud platforms • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a love for documentation and collaboration • Exceptional time, task, and resource management skills across multiple projects and customers • Expertise with testing and troubleshooting tools for APIs, databases, web apps, etc. • Some proficiency with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, or others • Experienced working in an asynchronous environment like an open source project or distributed team • Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities
