Requirements
⢠Proficiency in programming languages such as Python ⢠Experience with deep learning models with pytorch or equivalent libraries ⢠Expertise analyzing biological data modalities: DNA, metagenomic, protein, structural, single cell, or imaging data ⢠Industry experience in early stage drug development or molecular engineering (biologics, cell therapy or gene therapy preferred) ⢠Ability to plan and run computational biology experiments, analyze and communicate outcomes
