ā¢ Lead a team of territory-focused Account Executives to drive revenue growth ā¢ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals ā¢ Help identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building strong relationships with CRE contacts, channel partners, and industry stakeholders ā¢ Collaborate with the broader Sales team to refine our go-to-market strategy (IaaS) ā¢ Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to the executive team ā¢ Stay current on EV and CRE market trends, the competitive landscape, and industry developments ā¢ Represent EVPassport at industry events, conferences, and onsite with clients
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field ā¢ 10+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of managing and scaling territory-focused Sales teams at or above the Account Executive level ā¢ A proven track record of success as an outside seller, and success as team leader ā¢ Built, coached, and improved a sales team of Account Executives previously ā¢ Experience leading a sales team selling a technical product or service (hardware, SaaS, or EV charging solutions is required) ā¢ Direct industry experience (EV) is required; candidates must have a field-level understanding of our competitive advantages ā¢ A deep understanding of the commercial real estate (CRE) landscape; including contacts and/or knowledge of properties across multifamily, retail, hospitality, workplace, etc. ā¢ Experience optimizing a territory-based SMB sales strategy ā¢ Experience selling in collaboration with a diverse channel ā¢ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans ā¢ Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities, with the ability to proactively identify areas of improvement ā¢ Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels ā¢ Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment within a growing Sales org
