Requirements
• 15+ years of related experience, preferably in a Risk organization • Experience in scaling teams globally • Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Highly structured in thinking, analytical, and data-driven • Strong track record of working cross-functionally • Insatiable appetite for operational excellence
