• Lead and strategize the goals of the Global Brand organization • Manage multiple disciplines including project management, budget management, and vendor management • Collaborate with various teams to ensure unified operational focus • Develop and maintain brand creative workflow guidelines • Establish and manage project intake and planning efforts • Identify workflow gaps and implement new processes for team empowerment • Determine KPIs for measuring project success and track asset performance • Lead team communication efforts and career growth opportunities • Establish and optimize project management/operations team • Transform creative planning processes and align key stakeholders • Establish brand, creative, and design execution processes • Ensure marketing technology infrastructure alignment and governance • Provide ongoing training and enablement for creative processes and tech stack • Ensure creative compliance with regional regulations through legal collaboration • Lead and develop a strong team through coaching and acquisitions

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in digital/content/brand marketing and agency operations • Proven experience managing global contractors and vendors • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Strong project management and leadership abilities • Deep understanding of industry trends and creative project lifecycles • Organizational skills for budget, vendor, and contract management • Cultural awareness for global communications
