Description

• Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events. • Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, catering, transportation, accommodations, and equipment rental. • Create email nurture campaigns and cadences to send prospects. • Support the sales team with the discovery of new potential opportunities. • Work with the design team to create marketing materials for events. • Assist in promoting events through social media, email marketing, and PR efforts. • Oversee on-site event setup and handle registrations. • Interact with event attendees, answer questions, collect feedback, and gather leads. • Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate events' success. • Assist in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field. • Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or related fields preferred. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Creativity and attention to detail in designing marketing materials and executing event concepts. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support events as needed.
