Description

• FERMÀT's Growth Rotational Program aims to help candidates build the skill set needed to succeed as an operator. • The program consists of 2 rotations, each spanning 12 months. • The Growth Manager dives deep into customers’ marketing strategy and P&Ls. • The role provides hands-on experiences across key functions in eCommerce.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of professional experience in investment banking, consulting, or finance (or similar high-intensity industry) • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier school • Strong interest in developing an operator’s toolkit • A growth mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute with excellence • Passion for the eCommerce space and a desire to shape its future • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions
