• Lead a team of Account Executives to foster an environment of success • Enable the success of the team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through a high velocity inbound and outbound sales motion • Participate in customer and prospect meetings • Help shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives • Interview, hire, and train new team members as the business scales • Manage and analyze the performance of your team including accurate forecasting, pipeline generation, and activity metrics
• 5+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS) • 2+ years of management experience • Familiarity with SMB SaaS sales processes and sales methodologies (COMP / MEDDICC) • Experience leading, building, and growing successful, collaborative, and hard-working sales teams • Proven track record of leading successful and consistent over-performing sales team
