Description
• Be a subject matter expert for Identity at Figma; collaborating closely with other EPD teams at Figma • Develop and implement a vision and roadmap for IAM that scales as the Figma suite grows • Establish relationships with Figma’s largest enterprise customers to identify and validate key opportunities • Work closely with designers and engineers to define feature functionality and execute against the roadmap • Driving planning and prioritization, defining and supervising key metrics, collaborating on marketing, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans
Requirements
• A deep understanding of IAM principles, including authentication methods, authorization mechanisms, identity lifecycle management, and security best practices • Previous IAM experience working with large Enterprise customers • Led large sophisticated, user-facing product launches • 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager
