Description
• Develop and implement components of Fireblocks’ compliance program • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of regulatory updates • Provide guidance to employees on compliance-related matters
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working with financial institution-grade BSA/AML/CTF Compliance Programs • Strong knowledge of relevant BSA/AML/CTF regulatory frameworks and leading industry practices for money service businesses or banks in the US • Demonstrable experience drafting procedures, executing operations, and designing effective controls for BSA/AML/CTF compliance operations
