Description
• Oversee and manage compliance within the organization • Develop and manage company’s compliance program • Conduct audits and risk assessments • Stay updated on regulatory developments • Provide guidance to management and staff • Develop and deliver training programs • Liaise with regulatory agencies and prepare compliance reports • Facilitate internal compliance review and monitoring activities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum of 5 years experience in a compliance role within financial services • Thorough knowledge of financial industry standards and regulations • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
