Description
• Partner closely with leadership to develop company-wide process and strategy • Drive change by diagnosing, structuring and acting on exciting challenges that impact the business • Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in, alignment & adoption of initiatives
Requirements
• 3+ years experience with a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects • BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience • Outstanding executive-level written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities to turn incomplete, conflicting, ambiguous inputs into action plans • Data proficiency to compile, analyze, and leverage quantitative and qualitative data for decision making • Strong project management skills to manage senior stakeholder relationships, deliverables, and timelines without supervision
