• Develop and implement a clear community strategy, focused on how we manage, engage, and scale a primarily US-based but global community. • Build and grow initiatives like the Community Ambassador and Spotlight programs to engage and empower key community members. • Own UXR efforts alongside our data and product teams, ensuring we deeply understand our community’s needs, challenges, and desires. • Collaborate closely with product to ensure customer feedback drives product improvements and aligns with the overall company vision. • Be the escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring users feel heard and supported. • Foster and manage a positive, supportive community, responding to feedback and building an environment where users feel valued. • Engage users across multiple channels, from social platforms to direct communication. • Serve as a storyteller, communicating product changes and updates to the community. • Ensure that every interaction with the community feels personal and intentional.
• Experience building and scaling 0-1 global communities, ideally in a subscription business (even better if in the fitness or wellness industries!) • Familiarity with community management and social media platforms. • Experience in user research and translating feedback into product improvements.
