Description
• Spearhead the creation of strategic partnerships tailored for premier Flex clients • Close deals with brands to find useful and unique benefits for clients • Utilize creativity to make the product remarkable, unique, and innovative • Collaborate with the Growth team on private events for clients • Effectively communicate successes, challenges, pipeline, and forecasts to the team • Work alongside product/design teams to provide suggestions and feedback for product roadmap
Requirements
• 7+ years experience in strategic partnerships, preferably for financial products or similar fields • Experience formulating business strategy, negotiating and structuring deals, and relationship management • Ideally experience in negotiating with the hotel industry and/or luxury brands • Nice to have: Experience at a high-growth startup
