Description

• Responsible for the entire client lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact for clients • Conduct client onboarding experience, drive adoption of Flowcode platform • Ensure programs and campaigns are executed effectively • Empower customers to achieve their goals • Play an integral role in revenue generating activities via renewals and upsell opportunities • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are front and center in product roadmap and business operations

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years experience in customer/client facing role at a product-led growth organization • Passionate about driving success for customers by understanding their needs and pain points • Strong communicator (both written and verbal) • Extremely proactive, adaptable, and customer-centric • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Comfort connecting and speaking with new people • Results-oriented with a drive to succeed • Experience seeking out and leveraging feedback for process improvements • Exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
