Description

• Manage the implementation of Fluxx software for multiple customers • Navigate and balance competing priorities • Collect and confirm product configuration requirements • Leverage programming knowledge to meet customer requirements • Utilize project management skills • Oversee the data migration • Troubleshoot and facilitate issue resolution • Educate customers on using the software • Communicate project status and needs to management • Track and document project happenings

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience: configuring software solutions, eliciting customer requirements, business process analysis • Strong familiarity with agile project management principles, tools, and techniques • Comfortable presenting technical information and leading customer meetings • Very strong analytical skills • Understanding of data migration processes • Detail-oriented with multitasking ability • Track record of being a team player • Problem-solver with creative solutions • Self-motivated independent worker with a positive attitude • Familiarity with grant management processes is a plus • Familiarity with CRM and grantmaking software is a plus • Familiarity with scripting skills, including CSS/HTML/Liquid/Ruby • Passionate about Fluxx’s vision
