• Drive email marketing strategy and execute all aspects of email communications • Plan, develop, and execute email campaigns to drive growth • Collaborate cross functionally to run seamless email campaigns • Manage end-to-end email campaigns including setup, deployment, and monitoring • Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows for email campaigns • Create responsive and interactive emails and manage template library • Execute a robust A/B testing strategy for email marketing campaigns • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage customer data • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to maintain data integrity • Monitor and report on key email metrics • Implement best practices for email production and audience segmentation
• 3-5 years of professional experience directly developing email strategy and cadence, with a proven record of deploying successful campaigns • Experience with email marketing technologies (e.g., Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot). Experience with SFMC preferred • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and marketing automation tools • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization • Understanding of email regulations and compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
