Description

• Lead the pre-sales process of sponsor-based event-led marketing partnerships from ideation to RFP completion and proposal submission. • Closely work with team members from across the company, including Marketing, Conference Sales, Media Sales, Conference Programming, and Fortune Brand Studio. • Create strategic, visually compelling go-to-market narratives and collateral for Fortune Events, including but not limited to: RFPs, General Conference Sales Materials, Custom Slides, Recap Decks, Meeting Presentations. • Work in partnership and seamlessly across all relevant areas of the organization to develop event proposals for event-led and media-led campaigns.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven leadership experience working in a media organization or agency, with extensive knowledge of live/virtual media and conference marketing and an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of sponsorships within these channels. • Knowledge of the media landscape and different media platforms is a must. • You are a best-in-class communicator/storyteller with expertise in B2B and B2C event marketing. • You are known internally and externally for your strategic and well-written sales materials and pitch decks. • You must be highly skilled in using PowerPoint to tell stories and translate ideas into impactful and marketable sponsorship opportunities.
