Description

• Partner with internal teams to refine our messaging and offerings tailored to meet the needs of our customers and their end users. • Develop and implement strategies to grow existing contracts and secure new engagements within the account. • Work closely with project teams to showcase Fraym’s data capabilities and initiate sales discussions with potential data users. • Create compelling use cases and customer success stories that highlight Fraym’s value proposition, utilizing our marketing and communication channels.

Requirements

• 10+ years of account management experience with a focus on sales to foundations, international organizations, or development donors. • Demonstrated success in maintaining and growing high-value accounts, including 7 and 8-figure clients. • 5+ years of experience in international development, with expertise in areas such as gender equality, global health, or nutrition. • Strong background in program management or customer service. • Experience in a start-up or small business environment is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in business, international studies/affairs, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. • Excellent written, analytical, and oral communication skills in English.
