• Senior Litigation Attorney • Assist in the areas of Estate Litigation and Estate Administration • Rapidly-growing law firm focusing on transactional areas of Real Estate, Estate Planning and Administration, Taxation, and Corporate matters • Robust civil litigation wing • Business expansion leads to more need for specialized expertise • Managing matters requiring specialized expertise

Requirements

• At least five years of experience at a law firm performing work in both estate litigation and estate administration, including regular direct contact with clients and primary responsibility for complex matters • Ability to handle routine aspects of Surrogate’s Court litigation independently and proactively • Familiarity with all aspects of Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; mastery of Microsoft Office preferred • Experience with matters of Tax or Elder Law • Demonstrable history of project management or supervision and training of younger staff • Experience with matters of Corporate or Real Estate law • Prior experience clerking at any Surrogate’s Court a major plus • Experience with Clio a plus • Fluency in any language other than English a plus
