Description
• Connect to community centers to grow FreedomCare partnerships • Proactively create and nurture relationships within NYC communities • Assist in organizing NYC events to raise awareness • Build partnerships with local organizations and healthcare providers • Develop and implement tactics to reach target demographics • Independently create reports to track lead development • Collaborate with internal team to align outreach efforts • Generate qualified leads for CDPAP program • Track and report on outreach activities • Act as a primary representative for the company
Requirements
• Reliable transportation with ability to travel throughout NYC territories • Previous experience in community outreach, event planning or sales • Proven track record of developing leads and meeting set targets • Effective written and verbal communication skills • A passion for providing high level of customer service • Ability to articulate case statuses through detailed notes on salesforce • Computer proficiency required; strong typing skills and ability to leverage technology
