Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced marketing degree preferred • 6-8 years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and retention • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Track record of managing direct response campaigns across channels • Requires creativity and strategic thinking • Ability to craft compelling messaging to maximize customer acquisition
