Description

• Manage and triage support requests through our email ticketing system and direct client requests to the appropriate teams • Register new users and manage account permissions • Process orders and facilitate client communications for Email marketing campaigns • Execute basic SEM optimization tasks • Learn the fundamentals of digital media buying operations and supporting technology • Ability to identify and report any critical or reoccurring customer service issues • Utilize effective time management and prioritization skills in order to handle a high volume of client communications • Data Entry and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Strong computer literacy • Excellent written communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to wear multiple hats • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Familiarity with Google Suite (specifically Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets) • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, another quantitative field, or equivalent work experience in an advertising operations role • Demonstrable history of personal achievement and work ethic • Strong desire to work in the advertising technology industry • Industry experience is preferred, but not mandatory
