Description

• Maximize Revenue Impact through platform products optimization • Develop strategies to increase player retention, engagement, and monetization • Analyze live operations data to understand player behavior and game performance • Work with cross-functional teams implementing new tools and features • Improve live ops efficiency by streamlining operations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices • Lead a dynamic team responsible for live operations, publishing, and game content management • Enhance player engagement and monetization through data-driven strategies • Coordinate communication channels and optimize game publishing strategies • Ensure top-notch live operations creating a seamless, data-informed feedback loop

Requirements

• 5+ years in live game operations, preferably in f2p or instant games • Proven success in boosting player engagement and monetization • Versatility with various game genres and platforms • P&L ownership for multiple games • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools • Experience in A/B testing and multivariate testing • Proven leadership and team management skills • Excellent English communication skills • Deep understanding of instant games and game development tools • Experience with user acquisition strategies and data analysis
