Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Operations or similar role, preferably within the finance or cryptocurrency industry • Strong familiarity with Jira for project management and Agile development methodologies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams • Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and creating comprehensive test plans • Solid understanding of data modeling principles and techniques • In-depth knowledge of payment systems, including traditional and crypto-based solutions • Understanding of Java or Python programming languages and SQL for querying databases • Familiarity with web2 and web3 protocols, with a willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies
