Description

• Oversee multiple teams building and deploying next-gen sports tech CV models & applications. • Responsible for setting strategic vision for Computer Vision domain and scaling team infrastructure. • Work closely with cross-functional leaders and senior executives across the organization. • Shape culture and tone for building and delivering innovative CV solutions. • Inspire and align teams to strategic objectives, fostering collaboration and growth. • Provide oversight and guidance to empower teams to tackle complex challenges. • Ensure agility and focus on impactful results while maintaining customer-centric culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing teams in the machine learning space, with a strong preference for computer vision expertise. • Experience developing and executing strategic plans in a fast-paced technology environment. • Excels at developing future leaders. Proven ability to coach Engineering Managers and guiding them in growing their teams and advancing their careers. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A PhD is a plus. • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with popular computer vision and machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV. • Extensive experience with all stages of an ML project, from dataset management to model training, iteration, and deployment, including infrastructure to accelerate each stage. • Proven track record of working in and leading teams in Lean and Agile environments. • Someone who can inspire and connect people to the mission of serving our users • Proven history of delivering impactful products and scaling engineering organizations.
