• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and retention of Jimini’s mental health service offering. • Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SMM, SEM, influencer marketing, and content marketing, to maximize reach and engagement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features, benefits, and competitive advantages for use in our campaigns. • Lead the development of brand positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with our target audience. • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials. • Drive market research, customer insights, and analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance. • Drive thought leadership initiatives and establish Jimini as a leading authority in mental health innovation. • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, advocacy groups, and the media. • (Eventually) lead a high-performing team that fosters a culture of collaboration, creativity, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree • Deep experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare or mental health industry. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
