Description
• Act as a critical liaison between investment, business, operations and technology professionals • Develop business cases for proposed product solutions • Drive build vs. buy analyses for solution evaluations • Document product requirements and specifications • Work hand-in-hand with developers • Implement metrics programs to measure platform adoption • Identify, define, and analyze alternative courses of action • Fully conceptualize and own all aspects of the solution • Partner with the business to re-engineer/optimize business processes • Prepare product status reporting for working team • Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout delivery
Requirements
• College degree, additional degree preferred • 8+ years’ experience delivering large-scale technology product implementations • Experience in Private Equity / alternative investments • Experience with Salesforce, Investran, iLevel, Workday, is a plus • Experience with Agile methodology; Jira expertise strongly preferred • Ability to break-down business problems • Capability to translate and rationalize business asks • Experience establishing metrics to define success • Viewed as the go-to expert for technology solutions • Exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail • Pristine written and verbal communication skills • Excellent time management planning and organization skills • Strong software delivery and product/project management skills • Proven ability to build consensus and drive issue resolution • Experience with multiple product development efforts simultaneously • Strong comfort liaising with internal and external shareholders
