• Consult and convert world wide inbound B2C leads on health insurance topics. • Manage 100% inbound leads and provide excellent customer service via video calls, email, and chat. • Conduct approximately 50-60 activities per day, including calls, emails, and follow-ups. • Work closely with the corresponding teams to achieve individual and team targets and provide better understanding of customers’ needs
• Proven experience in b2c sales, preferably in the insurance industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build rapport with potential clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds and convert leads into sales. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. • You must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English (that's the language we use for team communications) and Russian
