Description

• Drive sales with a clear understanding of how to address the unique needs and challenges of employers and employee benefits brokers, ensuring their needs are met in a consultative based sales experience • Demonstrate strong abilities in: sales discovery skills, uncovering employer and broker pain points and priorities, and strategic questioning and active listening • Articulate the Overalls value proposition, demonstrating how our offering impacts productivity, stress and company culture and moral • Maintain and close a strong pipeline of prospective clients • Meet or exceed target sales objectives through: Lead sales calls and deliver sales presentation and detailed product demo • Manage inbound leads using specific qualifying criteria • Strategize innovative ways to reach new clients. • Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodology • Partner with marketing to monitor and manage client outreach to increase lead volume • Collaborate with Overalls founding team to evolve and mature sales processes • Maintain and update accurate records in our CRM • Deliver accurate and dependable sales forecasts • Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently • Ensure a smooth handoff for all new customers

Requirements

• 3 - 10 years of B2B sales experience within one of the following sectors: SaaS, Subscription Sales, Benefits or Employee Management Software • You are buy-centric, trustworthy, accountable, productive, coachable, and professional • High-level ability to effectively build and execute full cycle sales strategies, from prospecting to closing business • Know how to navigate multiple stakeholders and building a business case to get to economic decision makers • Experience carrying a $500k-$1M+ annual quota • Experience of success (top 10% of sales org) • Experience independently managing sales pipeline • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment • Self motivated and creative - can execute on your own • Expert listening and discovery skills, and ability to map product value to client needs • Outstanding presentation and communication abilities
