• Responsible for developing technical and user guides for a SaaS healthcare company
• Exhibits proficiency in writing and/or editing technical documents, user instructions, data flow diagrams
• Plans, develops, organizes, writes, and edits content for online Help and product guides
• Researches and gathers technical information for product documentation
• Participates in product development and reviews to ensure GHX software is easy to use
• Conducts needs analysis with internal stakeholders to identify teams’ needs
• Supports translation process for education deliverables
