Description

• This position is fully remote. • Organized and experienced Social Media & Community Manager needed. • Engage with community members daily and follow current trends. • Create and manage content for social platforms. • Reports to the Director of Communications & Product Marketing.

Requirements

• Located and authorized to work in the United States. • Professional fluency in English. • Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection. • Demonstrated alignment with Glorious’ core values: taking ownership, working collaboratively, showing respect, being curious, and acting both quickly and decisively. • Professional certifications and/or formal training/education in social media, community management, marketing, or other relevant fields. • 4+ years of direct professional experience independently managing an organization’s social media and community presence across multiple platforms simultaneously. • Demonstrated experience working both independently and cross-functionally to develop content and maintain a content calendar. • Demonstrated experience using content, social media, and community channels to promote product releases/updates • Demonstrated experience following brand guidelines, communication standards, and established processes when publishing content, replies, or reposts from other creators. • Genuine curiosity to test and experiment and find new ways to connect with our audience. • Enthusiasm for online gaming and an understanding of what types of content resonates most with the community at large.
