Description
• Responsible for providing customer service for all customers (commercial and consumer) • Carrier Services component of the customer service department to include: Local number portability • Monthly sales goal and quota • Outbound calling campaigns occasionally to help boost incoming revenue for the company. • Customer Billing • Sales/transitions and other revenue generating activities within the department. • Provisioning within voice and internet delivery platforms as required.
Requirements
• Two years of experience in direct or related industry • Associate degree in business or a combination of education and experience • Interact with complex database and management systems supporting customers.
