Description

• Develop, maintain, and review client's project status slide briefings • Develop, maintain, and review project schedules • Develop project scopes, project management plans, and other project documents • Develop and update requirements documents and statements of work • Develop and update comments resolution matrices • Track and monitor action items for reporting through completion • Utilize collaboration site to track minutes, action items, assist in the response to requests for status, and maintaining the team site's content to ensure it is relevant, accurate, and up to date • Manage, draft, and coordinate responses to requests in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelors' degree in related field • 10+ years of related project management or program analyst experience required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Organizational skills and keen attention to detail • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to pass public trust clearance
