Description

• Be a value add to an experienced and high-performing sales team • Guide prospects through a thoughtful, value-oriented sales process • Actively prospect to supplement lead flow from Sales Development Representatives • Manage pipeline of opportunities for timely, accurate forecasts

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior level experience with full-cycle sales • Track record of multi-year success generating pipeline and exceeding $1M+ quotas • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders • Strong business acumen for building compelling business cases • Experience in HR Tech industry, a plus • Unique talents and perspective valued
