Description

• Gretel’s customer-facing Solutions Engineer will be an integral part of our backend engineering team • Responsible for the support of the post-sales, integration, and implementation process by providing technical knowledge to internal and external customers • Develop and implement integration solutions coordinating applications across the customer’s enterprise • Evaluate existing components or systems to determine integration requirements • Ensure final solutions meet organizational needs • Directly responsible for the diagnosis, configuration, deployment and support of Gretel

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, DevOps or site reliability engineering • At least 3 years of experience with scalable, API based agent or service oriented software architecture • At least 3 years of direct customer support experience • Experience with agile development methodologies for continuous development of product and technology • Experience leading the delivery of large-scale distributed systems • Strong communication skills - you will be working directly with customers, so we’re extra mindful about verbal and written communication
