Description

• GuidePoint Security provides trusted cybersecurity expertise, solutions and services. • Responsible for end-to-end project life cycle management for internal projects. • Report directly to the Sr VP of Operations and coordinate with teams across GuidePoint.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management. • Minimum of 1 year experience in a consulting services role or similar IT Project Management structure. • Experience with Agile methodology. • Advanced computer skills with Mac and Google application experience preferred. • Experience utilizing remote teleconferencing tools. • Standard industry certifications are preferred. • Preferred experience in JIRA, Smartsheet, Certinia, and Salesforce. • Advanced project management skills, with demonstrated ability to evaluate project objectives and scope, lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders, schedule resources, and manage timeline and budget to plan. • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and/or teams simultaneously. • Demonstrated successful leadership of personnel and technical projects, including running planning meetings, daily stand ups, and retrospectives. • Excellent communication skills that include the ability to communicate with anyone from a technical resource to the highest level of management. • Ability to analyze and solve problems, perform complex tasks and prioritize.
