Description

• Source new business opportunities and drive revenue through outbound prospecting efforts • Be the first point of contact for customer outreach • Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs • Qualify customer needs and overcome objections • Use technology to manage a high volume of prospects and make data-driven decisions • Learn from experienced Account Executives and have a clear promotion path to closing roles

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Development Representative • Proficiency in outbound engine technology tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, G-Suite and others • Highly organized with superb attention to detail • Excited by the opportunity to build and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Results-driven and extremely coachable • Entrepreneurial and committed to winning as a team • Familiarity with outbound prospecting using cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels • Excellent communication skills to ask targeted and thoughtful questions to reveal value
