Description
• Oversee and grow Gusto's Business Insurance offering focused on Workers Compensation Insurance • Build and lead the R&D team for Business Insurance • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver a comprehensive Business Insurance solution • Understand customer pain points and devise solutions for the Business Insurance product
Requirements
• Possess 10+ years of hands-on product development leadership and/or General Manager (GM) experience within an R&D team in a modern technology business • Demonstrate a proven track record of scaling the impact of a product line within a multi-product company • Exhibit comprehensive domain expertise in Business Insurance products, including Worker’s Compensation, General Liability, Professional Liability, Cybersecurity • Knowledge of insurance industry specific business models and metrics • Embrace a GM mindset and possess the ability to lead a product and team • Display strong strategic thinking skills • Employ a highly collaborative approach • Excel as a team leader with excellence in mentorship, people leadership, and recruiting capabilities.
