Description
• Responsible for end-to-end technical success of a Partner building embedded payroll. • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to support Partners. • Diagnose Partner challenges and present recommendations consultatively. • Be the first point of contact for technical issues related to Embedded APIs.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 1+ years of engineering experience. • 5+ years of experience in a role focused on driving the success of external customers. • Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity in a high-growth environment. • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. • Strong product sense with experience resolving complex technical issues. • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to pitch and develop new processes and tooling. • A team player who thrives on cross-functional collaboration.
