Description

• Ensure Operational Process and Policy Compliance (~60% of time) • Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly QA metrics and reporting • Develop in-person and virtual community audit procedures for both Field Leadership and Home Office QA use • Review and approve credits for all properties to ensure resident account accuracy • Perform quality assurance monitoring for all community operations, including but not limited to, on-site operations, our property management system (ManageAmerica), our CRM system (HubSpot), our spend management system (Coupa), etc. • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of community operations through understanding Havenpark’s policies and best practices • Collaborate with Acquisitions in the onboarding of new communities from a QA viewpoint • Manage Site Visits Mystery Shopping and Sales & Leasing Mystery Shopping • Ensure Effective Business Partnering with Field Leadership and Home Office (~40% of time) • Identify areas that require improvement, summarize findings, and present findings to Field and Home Office Leadership teams • Collaborate with Business Operations and other Home Office departments to ensure new policies and processes are auditable to ensure adoption and compliance • Recommend policy and training needs or adjustments based on QA findings to allow for complete compliance across the company

Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time • Experience in property management • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong attention to detail with exceptional time-management skills • Team-oriented with an exceptionally strong work ethic • The ability to train and coach in one-on-one situations, as well as group settings • Motivated to help others, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision • Goal-oriented with the ability to effectively prioritize • Strong knowledge of computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office and HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs
