Description

• Responsible for building driving demand generation campaigns • Collaborate to create personalized content for target accounts • Work with technical teams to scope personalization strategies • Align efforts with sales goals and provide resources • Utilize marketing automation tools to track campaigns • Conduct research to identify target audiences • Monitor and report on the success of initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Stay updated on industry trends

Requirements

• You have 3-5+ years of experience in B2B Outbound Marketing roles • You have a fundamental understanding of demand strategies, tactics, and best practices • You have demonstrated success with marketing automation, CRM, and other marketing tools such as Outreach and Salesforce • You have experience taking handmade, manual process and scaling to sustainable automated systems • You are proficient in Excel and comfortable navigating large data sets • You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal • You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance • You love to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams • You have experience in a high growth startup environment, and thrive in roles with autonomy • You are results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer success • You are self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs
