Description

• As the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll partner with the Head of Marketing to lead and define our growth strategy, playing a pivotal role in scaling our therapist base and revenue. This is more than just numbers – it's about fulfilling our mission of empowering therapists across the US. • You'll own the testing and optimization of channels including paid advertising (PPC), social media, direct mail, and email marketing, ensuring a seamless therapist journey from discovery to sign-up. Your work directly impacts therapists' experience with Heard and their ability to serve clients better. By constantly testing new approaches and championing innovative growth opportunities based on data and insights, you'll be a key driver of Herad's success.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field • Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and growth • Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing channels and tactics (paid marketing, email marketing are most important) • Experience with owning, running, and analyzing growth experiments • Excellent analytical skills with a strong command of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment • Experience with marketing automation platforms • Experience with A/B testing tools • Passion for our industry
